CabuzTime is moving into the Cabuz app. Start migration access before you switch.
Enter your existing 3-character CabuzTime company code and work email to request migration access. Your current CabuzTime subscription includes access to CabuzTime in the Cabuz app during migration. Existing CabuzTime keeps running until your team schedules cutover.

What this means for your team
Existing CabuzTime keeps running until your team schedules cutover. You do not need to stop using existing CabuzTime. Keep using existing CabuzTime for real timekeeping until your team completes migration and is ready to fully switch over to CabuzTime in the Cabuz app.
Migration access gives admins, managers, finance, and policy owners time to see the new screens, compare the reports they rely on, and flag anything that needs clarification before employees switch over.

How imports work during migration
During migration, existing CabuzTime stays the system of record. Imports refresh the Cabuz app. Cabuz can re-import from existing CabuzTime during migration. Each refresh pulls in your latest entries and corrections, so the Cabuz app reflects what is in existing CabuzTime.
Anything entered or changed inside the Cabuz app before cutover is for migration review unless your team intentionally uses it operationally. Imports may replace migration data with existing CabuzTime data, including the final import at cutover. Keep real timekeeping in existing CabuzTime until your team switches.

How to use migration access
What to review during migration.
- Have admins and managers get familiar with the CabuzTime workflow in the Cabuz app.
- Confirm the reports you use for payroll, audit support, and internal review.
- Update internal timekeeping policies or employee instructions where needed.
- Ask questions about approvals, corrections, exports, or any workflow that feels unclear.
- Tell us if any report or export does not yet match how your team uses it.
We are using migration access to find anything that does not meet real customer needs. If a report, workflow, export, or policy handoff does not support your team, use Send migration feedback.

Pricing and timeline
Your existing customer pricing schedule carries over.
Thank you for continuing with CabuzTime. Existing CabuzTime customer pricing remains $4/user/month through December 31, 2026. Starting January 1, 2027, the rate adjusts to $4.20/user/month, with a 5% annual adjustment each January after that. This existing customer pricing schedule is designed to keep current CabuzTime customers below standard pricing as they move into the Cabuz app.
